My Experience:

I specialise in developing the project and programme management skills and competences of the community of practice. These were typically 6-24 months in duration with budgets of up to £30m. My preferred approach is to integrate with the people in your organisation. This has the advantage that I can engage much closer with people, assess where real improvements can me made and then focus my attention on the 20% of activities that will provide 80% of competence improvements levels that can be measured.
